Tonights efforts

I fitted the rest on the body work tonight nice a straight forward. I started with the nose come rich needed some trimming to clear the radiator. I fixed the nose using a few rivnuts and my mem fast riv nut tool defo recommend one !! Then I worked backwards with the scuttle cover and bonnet just laid in place marked the location of the scuttle made the hole in the top rail of the chassis checked I had nice tight shut lines and bolted it down again using riv nuts !

Put the car on its wheels for the first time tonight and pushed it outside so I could tidy the garage up.

It had got out of control rubbish everywhere my little helper snoop dogg loves ripping up anything that resembles cardboard :) bloody hooligan..

Picked up the body work

Today I have picked up the body work from Rotherham. I'm
Just building up the courage to try and fit it without cracking it .

Today I fitted the engine :) body tub
Front suspension and the nerve racking job of cutting out the holes for the front wishbones to come through !!! I am very pleased with the results :) a few pics from today.

Rear suspention fitted

Tonight I fitted the rear suspention really nice quality to build went to Gether in under an hour :) so I had a few mins on front shocks and rockers :) yum yum

First evenings work.

had a couple of hours in the garage tonight got fuel pipe and centre brake lines done and started laying the loom in to see what's involved in the next job !
